Shanti Dope, The future unleashed

Shanti Dope, the newest addition to the long line of rappers in the Philippine Hiphop scene has been making waves after breathing fresh air in the industry. Dubbed as the "future," His unique flow and indepth style will leave an imprint-- "This isn't just another rapper in the block."

Surprisingly, Shanti Dope's tender age will baffle you how the hell he was able to write those lines in his songs. I was able to conduct an interview with him despite his busy schedule and I've found out information, everyone may have been wanting to hear the same. Here's a quick Q&A:

Me: Before Shanti Dope, anong ginagawa mo sa buhay?

Shanti Dope: Eskwela sa umaga, skateboard sa gabi hehe paulit ulit lang po.

Me: Magaling ka ba mag skate Shanti? 😁

Shanti Dope: Marunong lang po madam, naimpluwensyahan lang din ng mga kaibigan haha

Me: How about graffiti? Marunong o mahilig ka din ba sa ganito?

Shanti Dope: Hindi po ko ganun ka updated pero may mga kaibigan po ko ba graffiti artist kaya naapreciate ko siya ng sobra dahil nakikita ko po yubg effort na nilalaan nila sa art nila hehe solid!

Me: How young are you ba Shanti and anong year ka na?

Shanti Dope: I'm 16 po at 3rd year highschool po ako.

Me: Okay, so what's your plan after highschool? Will you be a fulltime rapper?

Shanti Dope: Hangga't makakayanan ko po balansehin pareho balak ko pa din po siya pagsabayin tulad ngayon hehe 

Me: Safe! Eto next question tayo, I know your name is Sean pero tell us how did you come up with Shanti Dope? 

Shanti Dope: Nung una po talaga Shanti lang yun sanskrit meaning ng peace. Nilagyan nalang pp siya ng Dope pag pasok ko sa music scene hehe para maiba 😁

Me: Para mas astig na datingan ano. Hehe Tell me Shanti, how did life change ngayon na si Shanti Dope kana? 

Shanti Dope: Ganun pa din naman po mas naging gutom at interesado lang akong iexpress sarili ko sa paraang gusto at kaya ko hehe masaya 😁

Me: Sa dinamidami ng rapper ngayon, what sets you apart?

Shanti Dope: Para sakin po yung pagbibigay halaga sa oras na nilalaan ko sa craft ko at oras mg kung sino mang makikinig.

Me: Shanti nakakaramdam kpa ba ng stage fright?

Shanti Dope: Hanggang ngayon pp di ko maiwasan yun 😆 hanggang dumating po yung puntong hinahanap ko na yung kaba.

Me: I totally understand that. It gets so good ayaw mo bitawan 😁 Okay, so how does it feel na you're working with your uncle, Klumcee?

Shanti Dope: Sympre isang malaking karangalan at pagkakataon yung makasalamuha siya sa loob o labas ng studio matik na yun 😁 mas naging komportable ako mag express ng skills, feelings at kung ano pa man thru music kasi alam kong magkakaintindihan kami 👌🏻

Me: Last question. Single, in a relationship o it's complicated?

Shanti Dope: Nyahahaha singgol and ready to minggol madam 😆
