Director and Screenwriter Willan Rivera has been known for his unique, norm-breaking panache that have made him standout from among his counterparts.

His infamous style has garnered him awards from MYX Philippines and other citation giving bodies. His recent recognition from the World Class Excellence Japan Awards (WCEJA) for being a genius in his field of endeavor fuels fans to watch out for his latest work,“Balewala”.

On the other hand, Loonie, Marlon Peroramas in real life, continued his battle, this time in another arena.

After winning the FlipTop Battle League's Isabuhay 2016 Tournament, the Rap Icon has ventured into deeper waters with the upcoming release of this much awaited music video.

Previously, a lyric video of “Balewala” has been released which enticed more fans to wait for the MV’s release. The powerhouse cast of the music video includes Kiko Matos, Vic Romano, Mae Dizon, China Roces, Basty Batistis, Marsi Maarfi Dimitrov, Poko Ditablan, Richmond Pampolme and Luis Gabriel Cerda. Beatmaker and sound engineer genius Klumcee who also created the beats for the much awaited single is also a part of the cast.

Aklas, who was Loonie’s opponent during FlipTop’s AHON 5 where “Balewala” was used as his intro song, is also a part of the said music video. Going back, numerous puns and memes circulated online at that time dubbing the battle as the “Exorcism of Philip Ching (Aklas)” with Balewala as its soundtrack.
